As a Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with our founders and the Head of Product, on the topics that matter most right now. You'll drive special projects forward, create structure where there isn't any yet, and learn how a Climate FinTech works from the inside.
This role isn't for people who wait for tasks to land in their inbox. It's for someone who gets things moving, learns fast, and wants real impact, from day one.
Growth & Culture
We move fast, we build a lot of new things, and we learn something every day. You'll be part of a team that doesn't just work — it actually builds something — with a lot of ownership and genuine team spirit.
Impact
Your job has a direct impact on the energy transition. Full stop.
And because that matters to us, we give extra days off for climate activism.
Flexibility
We work hybrid and on a trust basis. Working from home is completely normal for us — 2 days per week is the standard, and we shape the rest around what works best for collaboration and focus. Workations are possible if it works for you and your team.
Perks
You get a flexible bonus to use however you like — sport, culture, travel, whatever works for you.
Food & Energy
Long days happen. When the office is running, so is the food: just order something via Wolt.
Team & Vibe
We take our mission seriously — but not ourselves. Offsites, team evenings, and our "Bees & Beers" are just as much part of the job as the work itself.

Bees & Bears is a Green FinTech from Berlin with the goal of facilitating capital to the heart of the green economy.
We work with producers and vendors of Clean Tech (green hardware such as energy storage, heat pumps, PV, EV charging, etc.) and allows them to offer embedded financing to their customers. Thereby, producers can switch to a hardware-as-a-service model.
Bees & Bears provides a digital platform that integrates into the sales of producers, operates the workflow and data, and bundles the assets. End clients don’t have to pay a high upfront and are charged a monthly rate (leasing or contracting), instead.
