• Assist in developing and implementing Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
• Utilize Power Apps to create efficient and user-friendly applications, streamlining various business processes.
• Collaborate with the IT and data analytics teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement effective digital tools.
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation, identifying trends and patterns to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and cleaning processes.
• Document and maintain records of all digital initiatives, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power BI, Power Apps, and data analytics, and propose innovative solutions.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to digital systems and applications.
• Assist in creating and delivering training materials to ensure effective adoption of digital tools across the organization.

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in IT, IS, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong focus on data analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps, with the ability to create dashboards, reports, and applications.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in data-driven decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of database management systems and data visualization techniques is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is an advantage.
