Support the compilation, validation, and analysis of retail fuel sales, supply, and operational performance data.
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and management presentations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Identify trends, anomalies, and key insights for further evaluation by the team.
2. Project & Stakeholder Coordination
Assist in coordinating project activities, tracking action items, and monitoring progress across multiple stakeholders.
Support meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
Facilitate information gathering and consolidation from internal teams for project reporting purposes.
3. Business Process Improvement & Research
Conduct research and benchmarking on industry practices, operational processes, and business initiatives.
Support process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in developing business cases, presentations, and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
