Job Description

  • Assist in data consolidation and analysis for Upstream petroleum operations.
  • Coordinate and support various events and meetings, including taking minutes.
  • Work closely with asset managers and teams to understand their needs and provide support.
  • Be involved in current campaigns and upcoming projects, offering fresh perspectives.
  • Help with administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Provide support and assistance to senior team members as required.
  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Business Administration).
  • Strong interest in Upstream petroleum operations and resource management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of petroleum industry terminology is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
