Objective:
1. To support the project team in coordinating, monitoring, and reporting project activities while gaining exposure to project management practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in coordinating project activities and meetings.
Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, action item trackers, and project documents.
2. Support project progress monitoring and reporting.
3. Update project dashboards, schedules, and status reports.
4. Assist in tracking project risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
5. Coordinate with project stakeholders for information and updates.
6. Support site visits, project reviews, and project-related activities.
7. Assist in preparing presentations and management reports.
8. Maintain proper filing and document control for project records.
Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.
