Key Responsibilities
1. Portfolio Management Support
-Assist in maintaining and updating the R&D portfolio database.
-Support portfolio performance tracking, reporting, and dashboard development.
-Compile and analyze project status, milestones, risks, and value delivery metrics.
-Assist in portfolio review and governance activities.
2. Operational Performance Analytics
-Collect, validate, and analyze operational and project performance data.
-Support development of Power BI dashboards and management reports.
-Monitor KPIs related to R&D productivity, resource utilization, and project delivery.
-Generate insights to support management decision-making.
3. Resource & Capacity Planning
-Support manpower loading, resource allocation, and capacity planning exercises.
-Analyze workforce utilization trends across R&D programs.
-Assist in developing planning tools and templates for resource management.
4. Process Improvement & Digitalization
-Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
-Support digitalization initiatives using Power BI, and other digital tools.
-Assist in documenting business processes, workflows, and standard practices.
-Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for R&D operations.
6. Value Tracking & Reporting
-Support the tracking of project benefits, outcomes, and business value realization.
-Assist in developing portfolio performance scorecards.
-Contribute to preparation of management reports and executive summaries.
