•Support the preparation of briefing materials, reports, dashboards, presentations, communication materials, and data summaries for partnership reviews and internal stakeholder updates.
•Assist in coordinating engagement sessions, workshops, meetings, and technology showcase events involving PETRONAS entities, industry partners, and university researchers.
•Support meeting and communication administration by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, drafting updates, tracking action items, and following up with internal and external stakeholders.
•Assist in maintaining partnership databases, records, agreements, supporting documents, and filing systems to ensure information is organized and accessible.
•Track partnership milestones, deliverables, meeting schedules, KPIs, performance data, and feedback to support effective partnership monitoring.
•Assist in identifying and profiling potential research partners whose research and technology capabilities align with PETRONAS’s strategic needs and translational research priorities.
