Internship Opportunity: PCG Specialty Chemicals - M&A

What You’ll Do:

• Support M&A investment projects, from research to documentation.

• Assist in financial analysis and simple valuation models.

• Help organize due diligence materials, data rooms, and presentations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn the deal process end-to-end.

• Support data analysis & insights and knowledge management.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Students pursuing Business Management, Finance, Corporate, or related degrees

• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Support M&A and VC investment projects, contributing to research, documentation, and due diligence.
• Assist in financial analysis and simple valuation model building.
• Organize and manage due diligence materials, data rooms, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, learning the end-to-end deal process.
• Capture and document lessons learned, contributing to knowledge management initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the M&A and VC team as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials and presentations.

• Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Finance, Corporate, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance and a curious mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for learning.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and investment principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in corporate finance, M&A, and investment strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
