Key Responsibilities:
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience
Assist in handling employee-related matters and documentation
Participate in talent management initiatives and activities
Perform manpower reporting and analytics using Power BI
Contribute to the enhancement of employee welfare programs and internal HR communications
What We’re Looking For:
University students pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Studies or any related field
Power BI proficiency and Data Management is a strong advantage
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
A team player with a proactive attitude
