To support the Operational Assurance (OEX) team in executing improvement initiatives related to marine terminal management and project management assurance, in line with industry best practices and governance requirements.
Marine Terminal Management Improvement
Support the execution of Marine Terminal Management Improvement Program, including the development and enhancement of the Marine Terminal Booklet.
Assist in reviewing current marine terminal practices against ISGOTT and other applicable industry standards.
Support gap identification between current practices and industry best practices, and assist in documenting improvement opportunities.
Help consolidate data, findings, and supporting materials for reporting and presentation purposes.
Project Management Assurance Support
Support project management assurance activities across SDD initiatives.
Assist in tracking project milestones, action items, and deliverables.
Coordinate updates with relevant stakeholders and maintain project tracking logs.
Support preparation of assurance reports, dashboards, and meeting materials.
General Support
Assist the team in data analysis, documentation, and process mapping as required.
Provide administrative and coordination support for OEX-related initiatives.
Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Safety & Health, or any related discipline.
Strong interest in operational excellence, assurance, and process improvement.
Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Marine Engineering background will be an added advantage.
Exposure to operational assurance and governance practices in oil & gas downstream operations.
Hands-on experience in marine terminal management standards (e.g. ISGOTT).
Practical experience in project management tracking and assurance.
