Job Description

As an intern in Operation Safety, you will play a crucial role in enhancing safety protocols and procedures within the organization. Your primary focus will be on analyzing safety data, creating informative videos, and developing Power BI programs to visualize and communicate safety-related insights. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and safety-conscious environment.
  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing safety-related data.
  • Create engaging and informative videos to communicate safety protocols and best practices.
  • Develop Power BI programs to visualize safety data and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with the Operation Safety team to implement data-driven safety initiatives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of safety training materials.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging technologies for safety enhancement.
  • Assist in preparing safety reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide administrative support for safety-related projects and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety initiatives.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Safety Engineering, Data Analytics, Multimedia Design).
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
  • Excellent video editing and production skills.
  • Familiarity with safety management systems and protocols is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of data privacy and security practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Passion for safety and a desire to contribute to a safer work environment.
