To support Electrical Maintenance team in enhancing plant reliability, maintenance effectiveness, continuous improvement initiatives, and digital transformation efforts.
1. Reliability & Equipment Analysis
- Assist engineers in analyzing electrical equipment performance, reliability trends, and maintenance data.
- Support condition monitoring activities and basic root cause investigations for equipment failures.
- Gather and compile technical data to support reliability improvement studies and projects.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.
2. Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Support the identification and evaluation of improvement opportunities to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and maintenance efficiency.
- Assist in developing and tracking continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
- Participate in problem-solving sessions and improvement workshops.
3. Maintenance Support
- Assist engineers and maintenance personnel in planning, coordinating, and monitoring electrical maintenance activities.
- Support preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance work documentation.
- Help track maintenance performance indicators, work orders, and equipment history records.
- Ensure maintenance data and records are updated accurately.
4. Event & Workshop Management
- Assist in organizing technical workshops, training sessions, meetings, and department events.
- Prepare presentation materials, attendance records, and event documentation.
- Coordinate logistics and communication with participants and stakeholders.
5. Digitalization & Reporting Tools Development
- Support the development and enhancement of digital reporting tools, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
- Assist in data visualization and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, or other digital platforms.
- Contribute ideas to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.
6. Data Management
- Assist in collecting, validating, organizing, and maintaining maintenance and reliability-related data.
- Support database updates and document management activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for analysis and reporting purposes.
