1. R&D Digitalisation Project: Execute AI/ML development activities focusing on adopting AI/ML methodologies within product / process R&D workflow related to lubricants, or emulsifier, or silicones, or related chemistry. Ensure that AI/ML integration are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company’s goals for product performance, sustainability, and cost optimization.
2. Conduct data preprocessing and cleaning of multi-source datasets from scientific experiments and performance testing, including technical documentations in compliance with industry standards.
3. Utilize Bayesian models (e.g. Random Forest) to train ML model and optimize model based on pre-defined metrices during Sequential Active Learning Cycles.
4. Validate model performance and translate model outputs into actionable domain insights for R&D and Application Teams.
5. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the R&D & Application Teams and Technology Partners to ensure the smooth integration of AI/ML into day-to-day scientific workflow and alignment with broader company efforts.
