Job Description

As an intern for Digital and Commercial Transformation (CT) Team, your primary focus will be on supporting change management initiatives and creating engaging email poster eblasts using tools like Canva and in house editing tools. Additional advantage if you have Power BI skills and love apps. We are looking for passionate, outgoing and creative individual who wants to make an impact and develop their digital and creative skills.

  • Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies.
  • Create visually appealing email posters using digital tools like Canva.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and implementation of change initiatives.
  • Conduct research and gather feedback to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support the team in analyzing and interpreting data to optimize email eblasts.
  • Help maintain and update digital marketing assets and ensure brand consistency.
  • Assist in the creation of engaging content for email campaigns, including copy and visuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Provide support in organizing and executing virtual or in-person events to promote change initiatives.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in change management and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools, especially Canva or similar design platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and outgoing personality with a passion for digital media.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices is an asset.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
