Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated intern to join our Corporate Communications & Administration Department in Bintulu. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in various administrative and support functions within a dynamic corporate environment..

As an intern in our Corporate Communications & Administration Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our department. You will assist in monitoring and managing a range of administrative tasks, including canteen operations, catering services, utility records, and transportation management. Additionally, you will provide support to the CCA department in corporate communications and facilities management, ensuring efficient and effective daily operations.

  • Assist in monitoring canteen operations and catering services, ensuring a smooth and efficient food service experience for employees.
  • Monitor and maintain records for utilities and telco, keeping track of usage and costs.
  • Support the transportation management team by assisting with scheduling, routing, and coordinating transportation services.
  • Provide administrative support to the CCA department, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in corporate communications tasks, such as drafting emails, creating presentations, and updating internal communication channels.
  • Help manage and maintain office facilities, ensuring a clean and well-organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement and improve administrative processes and systems.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating departmental events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and office management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with corporate communication tools and techniques is an advantage.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to professional growth.
