What You Will Do:

• Conduct product testing and evaluation, identifying quality and firmware issues.
• Assist in designing networking and CCTV solutions for various company products.
• Support the team in developing and maintaining training materials for local service teams and corporate clients.
• Help prepare technical proposals and presentations (heatmaps, bill of materials) to showcase solutions.
• Work alongside the local service team to provide technical support to corporate clients.
• Get hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

What We Look For:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
