1. Coordinate and monitor monthly and quarterly reporting - Prepare, compile, and track all monthly and quarterly reporting submissions to the Head of GCF, VPTT, and EVP & GCFO, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
2. Support annual credit rating reviews - Assist the Manager in preparing materials and information required for the annual rating review exercises and review of reports by credit rating agencies.
3. Facilitate verbal support assurance sessions - Arrange and prepare documentation for verbal support assurance sessions, including liaising with banks and Business Units to confirm facilities and ensure completeness of information before each session.
4. Assist in developing the FY2025 Fact Book - Support content development, data compilation, and verification activities for the FY2025 Fact Book.
5. Perform other related tasks as assigned.
