We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting various departments. You will be working closely with our team to conduct research, capture data and attend meetings where you will be asked to take minutes. To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaign.
1. Data Analysis & Consolidation (L&D Programmes)
Support the AI Pod by working with Data Analysts to collect, analyse, and consolidate data related to Learning & Development programmes.
Assist in preparing basic insights, dashboards, or summaries to support programme evaluation and decision‑making.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of L&D data across sources.
2. Programme Design & Development Support
Provide administrative and coordination support for programme design and development activities.
Assist in documentation, content organisation, and tracking of programme development milestones.
Support collaboration between internal stakeholders involved in L&D initiatives.
3. Scheduling & Reporting Management
Coordinate programme schedules, meetings, and key timelines.
Assist in the preparation of reports, status updates, and presentation materials for stakeholders.
Maintain organised records and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
