Help us get ahead of disease together with our Finance (Purchase to Pay) Team, 2026:

Education required: BS degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Finance/Accounting discipline.

Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a university for the duration of your program.

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English.

Expected Start date: Aug/Sept 2026

Internship period Between Aug 2026 to Mar 2027 (Minimum 6 months)

What will you do?

  • Analyzing vendor master data in ERP systems like SAP Aribato ensure all data are unique,accurate, and compliant.

  • Collaborating with team members toidentifyand implement improvements in the P2P workflow, enhancing accuracy and efficiency. 

  • Investigates outstanding aging items andworkcollaboratively with vendors and business users to resolve discrepanciesin a timely manner

  • Support the development/changes in systems,transactionsand processes. This includes preparing and updating process documentation and process improvement initiative.

  • Provide supporttoteamleadand team members in activities to enhance the effectiveness of the team.

  • Providing language and communication support in Japanesefor team lead. (advantageous)

What will you learn?

  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the entireprocure-to-pay process. 

  • Developing practical skills in transactional processes within finance and procurement. 

  • Learning the importance of adhering to company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. 

  • Gaining experience with industry-standard procurement and finance software. 

  • Enhancing collaboration skills by working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. 

  • Obtaining exposure in communications within the Finance sphere, as well as knowledge in business Japanese language, corporatecultureand etiquettes

What are we looking for?

  • A lively interest in Procure to Pay process, the commercialworldand the biopharma industry

  • A basic understanding of accounting concepts and procedures is beneficial. 

  • Excellent communication skills that help you influence

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiencyin Excel is necessary for data analysis, reporting, and financial tracking within the P2P process. 

  • The ability to analyze large datasets toidentifybottlenecks,optimizespending, and forecast procurement needs is essential.
