Job Location Headquarters Erie PA - Erie, PA 16501 Position Type Internship

We are looking for highly motivated college students who are eager to learn! All majors are welcome to apply. Interviews and Internships will be held in-person. Looking for proficiency in Excel, Word, and data entry. We require good communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn!

We have flexible hours starting 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday. Internships will be on site at our Headquarters in Erie's historic Union Station. The program will run from May 2026 to August 2026

Responsibilities:

• Preparation, selection and development of FF&E, fabrics, finishes, artwork & accessories.
• Review samples, shop drawings and materials etc. for compliance with specifications and design intent.
• Provides FF&E advice and guidance.
• Attend and participate in meetings, design reviews etc.
• Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project FF&E and materials selection and purchasing for all areas as identified to support architecture and interior design projects.
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring.
• Assist the project team in sourcing, sampling and budgeting FF&E designs.
• Assist the project team in documenting FF&E design on a variety of project types.
• Assist the project team in producing presentation materials and in coordinating FF&E designs with vendors and other resources.
