Education required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

Other requirements:Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship

Language requirement:Written and spoken fluency in English

Internship period January 2027 to June 2027 (based on your school’s internship period)

What will you do?

• Manage administration of all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)-related Training including materials and schedule

• Provide EHS support to the site and provideaccurateand where necessary, consistent professional advice that enables them to manage and improve their EHS performance

• Work with Operations to ensure Workplace Risk Assessments
  are suitable, sufficient, meets necessary standard and updated

• Reinforce and promote improvements to the site’s safety culture

• Conduct office and site inspections, support problem solving,
  root cause analyses, and implementation of corrective and
  preventive actions to rectify issues within agreed timelines

• Assistin areas with inspections to get a consistent approach across site, coaching site-based representatives in EHS, increasing their EHS capabilities, and competence to effectively manage the environment

• Providing administration support to the team and supporting the Site EHS Lead

• Collate data for presentation and escalation at Site EHS Council and EHS Committee

What will you learn?

• Understand and manage the EHS Operations which includes
  engineering principles,complianceandday to dayoperational challenges.

• Understand risk management principles including identification and mitigation.

• Improve your influencing skills.

• Understandprinciplesof project management.

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge in technical EHS would beadvantageous

• Proficient in use of IT and Microsoft Officesoftwares

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative,thinkand work
  independently, and problem-solve

• Strong drive for performance and attention to details
