Join us as an intern Employee Communications Assistant within our Global Corporate Communications team. You will play a key role in engaging teams around Opella’s mission. Reporting to the Employee Communications Lead, you will partner the Editorial team and other internal stakeholders to create and publish content on Opella’s internal channels, including the company intranet and email newsletters. You will also help manage the editorial calendar, update pages on the intranet, and support the organization on Global Townhall meetings. The ideal candidate brings strong writing and project management skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in managing Opella’s editorial calendar and creating content for the company’s internal channels.

• Contribute to updating content on the intranet, including department pages and news.

• Be involved in day-to-day management of internal communications at Opella, including organizing Global Townhalls and preparing presentations for the Communications Network.

Required skills and qualifications:

• English proficiency: Fluent.

• Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and platforms (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.). Videos are a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
