Key responsibilities in your new role

As an Intern - Emerging Talent
Recruiting and Talent Marketing, you will support talent attraction initiatives
for students and emerging talent communities in Vietnam.
You will contribute to recruitment activities, employer branding efforts, and talent marketing initiatives while helping strengthen our presence across universities and digital channels.

• Recruitment
  Support Support hiring activities, recruitment
  events, candidate database maintenance, and administrative recruitment
  processes
• Job
  Advertising Assist in publishing and maintaining
  job advertisements across local recruitment platforms, university channels, and
  social media platforms
• Talent Market
  Insights Research labor market trends, candidate
  preferences, university activities, and emerging recruitment channels in
  Vietnam
• Employer
  Branding Support employer branding campaigns and
  initiatives that enhance awareness of career opportunities among students and
  early-career talent
• Content
  Creation and Talent Marketing Contribute ideas and
  localized content for social media campaigns, talent attraction initiatives,
  and engagement activities
• University
  and Community Engagement Support relationships
  with universities, student organizations, and external partners to strengthen
  talent pipelines
• Continuous
  Improvement Identify opportunities and propose innovative
  ideas to enhance candidate engagement, recruitment marketing, and employer
  brand visibility

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, open to all majors
• Interest in
  Emerging Talent and Recruitment Mandatory interest
  in recruitment, employer branding, talent marketing, campus engagement, or
  people-related initiatives
• Event and
  Project Experience Preferred experience supporting
  events, student organizations, community activities, campaigns, or university
  programs
• Digital and
  Social Media Awareness Mandatory familiarity with
  social media platforms and strong awareness of local trends in Vietnam
• Initiative
  and Creativity Mandatory ability to generate
  ideas, explore new approaches, and contribute proactively to projects and
  initiatives
• Communication
  Skills Mandatory ability to communicate
  effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Language
  Skills Mandatory fluent Vietnamese and written and
  spoken English
