We are looking for highly motivated college students who are eager to learn! All majors are welcome to apply. Interviews and Internships will be held in-person. Looking for proficiency in Excel, Word, and data entry. We require good communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn!

We have flexible hours starting 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday. Internships will be on site at our Headquarters in Erie's historic Union Station. The program will run from May 2026 to August 2026.

Internship

Summary: This key position is both customer and vendor facing and requires strong customer service, computer, written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision in a team setting, possess strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills are vital. Daily tasks include quoting, routing, rating, carrier dispatch, shipment monitoring and tracing, and customer reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and carriers
• Manage new and existing customer accounts and solicit freight
• Process and generate shipment orders in company TMS
• Communicate with carriers and tender loads
• Plan, manage, and trace shipments
• Provide financial and shipment reports to customers and management
