The opportunity

We are looking for a Procurement Intern with fluency in English and Polish. In this role you will support our Procurement team in delivering high level services to our internal customers. You will closely collaborate with Procurement Managers, Procurement Team Members and internal stakeholders across Europe.

We are offering a paid internship with the option to work remotely or from the office, depending on your preference (office is located in the heart of Cracow, on Pawia street). You can work 25-40h per week, with flexible working hours. If you are interested in gaining professional experience while continuing your studies, we are waiting for your application!

How you'll make an impact

  • Support the team in day-to-day responsibilities related to procure to pay process (monitoring & coordinating the process of deliveries - confirming deliveries with requestors & sending follow ups, order acknowledgement process, PO creation)

  • Perform data entry and data verification tasks in SAP system

  • Communicate with suppliers, buyers, technicians, project managers and production planners via email and via phone

  • Additional tasks after completing the training and learning basic processes requested by a Team Leader or a Buyer related to day-to-day activities (such as NDA, handling invoices)

  • Learning about procure to pay processes & tools (SAP, Celonis)

Your background

  • You are a university student (1-4 year)

  • You are interested in Supply Chain activities (no prior experience required)

  • You are proficient in English (B2+)

  • Knowledge of Italian language will be an additional asset

  • You have basic skills in MS Office software (Excel, Word)

  • You are proactive, organized and have good attention to detail and strong communication skills
