A Day in The Life:

The Customer Operations Representative Intern will play a key role in supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will assist with customer inquiries, operational workflows, and cross‑functional communication. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to customer operations, process improvement, and real-world problem‑solving. We’re looking for someone who is organized, curious, and ready to jump in—bonus points if you enjoy turning challenges into opportunities.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Provide timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries while maintaining a friendly and professional tone
  • Assist in investigating, documenting, and resolving customer issues, ensuring each case is handled thoroughly and thoughtfully.
  • Gather, organize, and summarize customer feedback to help identify trends and opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Update and maintain internal documentation, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures—keeping them clear, current, and uncluttered.
  • Contribute to special projects and team initiatives designed to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall operational excellence.

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Operations Management, or a related field with an interest in customer service or operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to express information clearly, professionally, and with a positive tone.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and attention to detail—you notice things others miss.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while staying organized and dependable.
  • A curious mindset and eagerness to learn new tools, processes, and approaches.
