A Day In The Life:

This internship position will be responsible for supporting our retail loyalty mobile application. The job functions of this internship will be to support primary product owners to ensure MEC is supporting and scaling the end user community. Project focuses will include supporting content strategy, management, and development to ultimately improve retailer engagement.

The Impact You’ll Make:

  • Test engagement techniques to boost participation and execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor, track, and report on feedback from the user community
  • Develop and manage relationships with key influencers within the user community
  • Analyze engagement and key community metrics
  • Relay community feedback to key internal stakeholders
  • Build and manage social communities for retailers
  • Collaborate with internal departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, communication opportunities and the ensure brand consistency
  • Support Retailer Collective end user customer support
  • Help review and maintain relevant content on internal apps and platforms
  • Other related duties as assigned

Who You Are:

  • BS/BA near completion: Project Management, Communications, Media Management, Digital Marketing
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with CMS and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and emerging trends
  • Ability to analyze trends to drive engagement
  • Able to work independently while being a part of a team
  • Ability to establish internal and external relationships
  • Proficient using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ClickUp
