At the Customer and Logistics Service, we are in direct contact with important clients in France and Benelux. We create a bridge between warehouses, forwarding agents and the clients whilst maintaining an enormous amount of data. We solve problems, process daily business and create new international links in order to enhance our client and logistics relations in a continuing process.

We offer a versatile internship in an international and dynamic work environment;

  • During the internship, your mentor will coach you and focus on your development so that you can develop your talent even further;
  • A motivated team with nice colleagues and an informal working atmosphere;

Your function consists in supporting the Customer Service in diverse missions:

  • You are a point of contact for customers, sales and internal departments regarding their orders and the follow-up of shipments. Here you look at the possibilities to provide a solution for your contact person
  • You advise customers and are in contact with them by phone and email
  • You take care of the customer follow-up from A to Z
  • You monitor and analyze the performance and also help prepare it
  • You prepare presentations for customer meetings
  • You support us in several ongoing projects

Qualifications

  • You are pursuing a Graduate, Bachelor's or Master's degree. If your studies have a logistics background, that's a plus
  • You are a team player and are naturally helpful
  • You have a problem-solving ability and can handle certain situations creatively
  • You can work fluently with the MS Office package – good excel skills are appreciated
  • You have strong communication skills in English and Dutch; French is a plus
  • And... last but not least: You are sociable, stress resistant and you possess a healthy dose of humor.

If you are a student enrolled in a University/College (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 1095/month

If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.

In case that you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
