Corporate Finance Europe Intern (M/F)

Brussels | 6 months | ASAP start-up

Are you looking for an end-of-studies internship or gap year in finance and want to discover what goes on behind the scenes of the financing of a large international group?

Join the Corporate Finance Europe team of ENGIE, the Group's in-house bank for Europe.

Your missions as a Corporate Finance Europe Intern (M/F/X)

Within the Financing, Treasury and Investments Department, you will participate in:

  • Analysis of funding requests from European entities;
  • The collection and analysis of financial data;
  • Writing funding memos;
  • Cash flow modeling and analysis;
  • Monitoring of financing operations and Group guarantees;
  • Discussions with the Finance, M&A, Legal, Tax and Risk teams.

Your profile

  • Master's student (Finance, Management, Economics, Business Engineering or equivalent)
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial statements
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Curious, rigorous and eager to learn

Important: this internship must be part of an academic curriculum. Candidates must be able to sign an internship agreement with their educational institution and ENGIE before the start of the internship.
