A Day in The Life:

In the position of Corp Facilities Asst., you will be responsible for the support of facilities management in the oversight of multiple facilities, including building maintenance and day-to-day preservation.

The Impact You'll Make:

• Support facilities management and oversee the facility in the areas of facilities maintenance, day-to-day operations, building condition, general upkeep, janitorial, housekeeping.
• Monitor all building conditions, ensure facility is inspection ready at all times, and all repairs and improvements are made in a timely and proficient manner. Provide suggestions for repair, improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Manage employees and vendors by assigning duties and overseeing the work of contractors to ensure facilities maintenance needs are met (electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, ventilation, roofing, security, etc.)
• Audit employee locations for accurate seating records. Process employee updates promptly and accurately
