Job Description

About Monster Energy:

Forget about blending in. That's not our style. We're the risk-takers, the trailblazers, the game-changers. We're not perfect, and we don't pretend to be. We're raw, unfiltered, and a bit unconventional. But our drive is unrivaled, just like our athletes. The power is in your hands to define what success looks like and where you want to take your career. It's not just about what we do, but about who we become along the way. We are much more than a brand here. We are a way of life, a mindset. Join us.

A Day In The Life:

Support internal communications through handson graphic design across multiple media—including print, slides, social, video, and audio—while assisting with social listening, content curation, and identifying engagement opportunities.

The Impact You’ll Make:

  • Assist with creating and updating internal communications design assets across print, presentations, email, social, short-form video, GIFs, and audio.
  • Support the team with basic design edits, formatting, resizing, and versioning of existing assets.
  • Help organize and maintain design files, templates, and shared asset libraries.
  • Assist with internal social media efforts, including monitoring activity and curating relevant content.
  • Support daytoday projects and tasks for the internal communications team as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio experience).
  • Basic proficiency with common design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, or similar), with a willingness to learn team tools and templates.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to collaborate effectively with a crossfunctional creative team.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn through handson project support and feedback.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to motion, video, GIF, or audio creation through coursework, personal projects, or previous internships.
  • Interest in social media trends, content curation, or community engagement, especially in an internal or brand environment.
  • A portfolio, class projects, or samples demonstrating design, layout, or multimedia work (academic or personal projects welcome).
