This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the promotion of our iconic property and assist in crafting unforgettable guest experiences.

Requirements

As a Communications & Events Intern, you will work closely with our Marketing and Events team, supporting a variety of tasks including:

  • Media Relations Support: Helping to prepare press kits, monitor media coverage, and assist with media inquiries.
  • Event Coordination Assistance: Supporting the planning, organization, and execution of on-site events, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations.
  • Administrative Support: Performing general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of communications and events initiatives.
  • Guest Engagement: Assisting in creating personalized communications and experiences that enhance guest

Who We're Looking For:

  • A student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Italian is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A creative mindset with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
  • A genuine interest in luxury hospitality and an eagerness to learn.
