What will you do?

• Contribute to the design and execution of communications and engagement plans that strengthenthe awareness of GSK Culture &Values

• Delivertimelyandaccurateinternal messaging, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and using the most effective communication channels

• Support & assisthigh-quality communication assetscreationincluding visuals, videoscontent, and digital materials,in collaboration with key stakeholders to support Hub campaigns, townhalls, and engagement initiatives

• Support the EngagementTeam in planning, coordinating, anddelivering initiatives that strengthen team effectiveness

• Partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERG), locally and globally, to activate culture-building programs that foster a unified and vibrant Hub community

• Share and bringininnovative ideasto supportcontinuous improvements,basedonacademic learnings

• Share reflectionson internshipexperienceandlearningsaligned with academicgoals

• A comprehensive understanding of corporate communications and employee engagement workflows within a global organization/ MNC

• Practical skills in cross-functional communications, aligned with strategic messaging and corporate objectives

• Technical skills and ways of working in the context of Hub communications& engagement functiondeliverables

• Best practices in employer branding, internal communications, policy adherence, and engagement strategies

• Professional growth in business communication, especially when partnering with internal teams across different regions and cultures
