
General mission
Provide daily support to two Area Managers for local markets, including main responsibilities such as monitoring Business Plans by market (monthly sales reports for Sell In, Wholesale & Sell Out, by door and by retailer), managing orders & invoicing, overseeing sales forecasts including new product launches, and handling sanitary registrations.

Main missions
Planning & Forecasting
Extract and ensure monthly sales forecasts are ordered by customers
Adjust and communicate to the Demand Planning team the consumption of remaining forecasts
Plan POSM elements according to business needs and creation plans, with the support of Marketing and Training departments.
Orders
Prepare and communicate to distributors their orders according to forecasts.
Monitor receipt of monthly orders, ensuring that they are in line with their forecasts and received on time. Close communication with Area Managers of any discrepancies or observations.
Coordinate with Customer Service and Area Managers on order status.
Open new customer and supplier accounts when necessary.
Implement changes in price structures and incoterms with Area Managers.
Registration
Coordinate with Brand Managers and Head Office team to anticipate and finalize new product registrations on time.
Maintain up-to-date database of registration procedures.
Business Plans
Monthly update of Business Plans with Sell In/Purchase data and communication to markets
Ensure monthly receipt of Business Plans by market with updated data (Wholesale and Sell Out by line, door and retailer).
Verify that monthly Business Plans by market are always complete and correct (formulas and analysis) and ensure data quality.
Monthly analysis of the received data and communication of the key information to Area Managers.
Other tasks
Update invoicing and market performance monitoring tools
Collaborate with the finance department on the quality of data reported to headquarters.
Profile
Higher education background.
You are hands-on with a number driven approach and a strong interest in business development.
You are autonomous and recognized for your organization skills
You have strong analytical and critical thinking mindset and know how to communicate effectively
You have a perfect knowledge of Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint. PowerBi is a plus.
You are familiar with the world of selective distribution and are detail oriented.
Fluent in English, French is a plus
