As part of the Business Management team within the Global Markets & Treasury division, you will gain hands-on exposure to how strategic and operational decisions are supported through data, reporting and analysis. Working closely with senior team members, you will contribute to the production of key management information and help ensure that decision-makers have timely, accurate and insightful material at their disposal.

You will be involved in a broad range of activities, from understanding and mapping processes, managing data and dashboards to preparing presentations for senior stakeholders. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a solid understanding of Global Markets & Treasury business and associated financial and risk metrics, and experience how a leading financial institution operates on a day-to-day basis.

Main responsibilities

• Understanding, documenting and assisting in improving processes for Global Markets & Treasury.
• Manage and maintain data sources and dashboards, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and up to date.
• Produce regular and ad hoc management reports (financials, risk metrics and KPIs) to support monitoring and decision-making.
• Prepare clear, well-structured presentations for committees, management forums and ad hoc business requests.
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions to gather input, validate data and ensure alignment of information.

Skills and experience

• Graduate student available for six months for internship (required by University) – Depending on the needs of the organisation, the internship may be extended for an additional six month.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and data quality.
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. dashboards) is an advantage.
• Ability to structure information clearly and present it in a concise, visually appealing way.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to interact with different stakeholders.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Open minded, curious and eager to learn.
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English; additional national language is an asset.
