Internship, Business Development with dedicated AI and IT focus at Henning Larsen Architects

Copenhagen, Denmark

Henning Larsen Architects is looking for a motivated and curious intern with a strong interest in IT, AI, and digital workflows to join our Business Development team. This internship is for you who wants hands-on experience with how IT and AI can be integrated into a global design practice to optimize workflows, support business development, and create value across multiple departments and functions.

About the role

As an intern, you will work closely with colleagues across the organization to explore how digital tools, AI solutions, and workflows can support the way we work. A key focus will be understanding how we can get the most value from tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other AI-driven solutions, as well as supporting ongoing and new workflow-related initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and help optimize business development processes and workflows
• Support the integration and adoption of IT and AI tools across the organization
• Explore and document how AI (e.g. Copilot) can be used effectively in daily workflows
• Assist the Business Development team with workflow improvements
• Contribute to cross-departmental digital and workflow-related projects
• Support ongoing initiatives related to innovation, AI, and digital transformation

About you

We imagine that you:

• Are currently enrolled in a Danish higher education program within IT, AI, business, or a related field
• Have a strong interest in AI, digital tools, and workflow optimization
• Are analytical, structured, and curious about how technology can support a creative business
• Are comfortable working across different teams and disciplines
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

Internship details

• Duration: Approximately 6 months
• Start date: August 2026
• Location: Henning Larsen HQ, Vesterbrogade, Copenhagen, Denmark
