The team
Within ING Wholesale Banking, the Capital & Models team plays a central role in balance sheet management and capital planning. The underlying Capital Reporting & Analytics team translates complex data into insights that enable informed, strategic decision-making.

Roles and responsibilities
This role challenges you to combine curiosity, analytical thinking, and technical skills to transform real-world data into insights that contribute to ING Wholesale Banking’s long-term ambitions.
During your internship, you will work on 2–3 projects across different teams and topics, allowing you to make a tangible impact on key priorities while building a broad perspective on balance sheet management and capital planning.
