About the Role:

As a part of its digital transformation plan, Allianz Trade new Digital Marketing department is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager Intern to assist the Websites Management team.

The future intern will be in charge of :

• supporting the local webmasters and corporate contributors to reach their business objectives
• monitoring the performance of the websites through dedicated dashboards to identify improvement opportunities
• developing transversal best practices sharing
• supporting the websites management team in their daily missions: Accessibility, SEO performance,UX/CRO performance, lead-generation projects...

Key Responsibilities:

Support to local webmasters & corporate contributors:

• Analyse, consolidate, prioritize and follow-up business requirements
• Support webmasters & contributors in their contribution (UX, content, SEO...)
• Organize trainings

Performance monitoring:

• Update quaterly performance monitoring dahsboards
• Analyse results and suggest recommendations to increase lead-generation

Continuous improvement:

• Identify components from the Allianz library that could boost websites' performance
• Constinuously improve the user experience we are offering to our prospects

Best practices sharing

• Identify, share and follow implementation of local best practices

Profile/Required Skills:

• Master 2 level acquired or being acquired – university or business school (ESC) with a specialization in digital marketing.
• Ideally first experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B or B2C fields gained in-house or at a global digital agency.
• Hands-on & multi-tasting skills with a creative & team mind-set
• Fun, energetic and passionate
• Fluent in English, working language & necessary to attend the international coordination calls.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager would be a plus
