Support HR projects focused on improving employee and manager experience. Working on HR communications, handbooks, SharePoint content and support project delivery end-to-end. This internship is a great fit for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and turning ideas into clear, usable HR tools.

Project objectives:

• Project support create plans, track actions, capture decisions, and prepare updates for stakeholders.
• Content development: draft, improve, and standardise HR communications, templates, handbooks, and guidance documents.
• Journey support: map employee/manager journeys, collect feedback, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• SharePoint support:maintain pages/libraries, ensure documents are current, structured, and easy to find.
• Data collection & updates: gather and maintain key HR process information (owners, timelines, dependencies).
• Stakeholder communication: coordinate with HR partners and business stakeholders; prepare clear summaries and proposals.

What we are looking for:

• 3rd year Bachelor student in People and Business management (Human Resources) , International Business, or similar
• Ability to take initiative & initiate change
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player, proactive, hands-on approach
• Languages: Fluency in English & Dutch essential
• Excellent MS Office Proficiency
• Ability to multitask effectively and work to tight deadlines
