Job Description

As an intern at PETRONAS Carigali, you will be an integral part of our Asset Liaison team, working closely with experienced professionals. Your primary focus will be on supporting the team in managing Petroleum Sharing Contract agreements, service agreements, and understanding MWC commitments. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the energy industry and contribute to the success of a leading organization.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of Petroleum Sharing Contract agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the team in negotiating and finalizing service agreements, representing the company's interests.
  • Research and analyze MWC commitments, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all Asset Liaison activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes, providing a comprehensive record of discussions and decisions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Asset Liaison strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices.
  • Prepare reports and presentations, showcasing your findings and recommendations.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong academic background with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in the energy industry and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Willingness to take initiative and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
