We are looking for an Investment Proposal trainee to join the Institutional & Wholesale Distribution (IWD) Investment Products RFP team at Nordea Asset Management with focus on our Fixed Income and Equities offering.
In this role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality investment proposals and due diligence responses that support Nordea Asset Management in securing and retaining institutional and wholesale client mandates globally. This is a great opportunity to combine your interest in financial markets and asset management with your writing, analytical and stakeholder management skills, helping us effectively present our investment capabilities to investors.

About this opportunity
You will join the IWD Investment Products RFP team, part of the Nordea Asset Management distribution organisation.
The team is responsible for managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) from institutional and wholesale clients worldwide. The function is a key component of IWD’s business growth and business retention activities. The role offers broad exposure across the organisation, working closely with sales teams, product managers, investment specialists and other key stakeholders across NAM.
The internship we offer is for a period of 12 months in Oeiras, Portugal.

You’ll join a multilingual team of people based in Luxembourg and Lisbon supporting the sales activities of the IWD unit.
