
We are looking for a motivated student to explore, identify, and implement opportunities to integrate AI into our engineering processes.
This role is intentionally open-ended:
You will not only support existing tasks but actively shape how AI can be used within our organization.
Your Mission
We do not yet have all the answers — and that’s exactly where you come in.
We are looking for someone who is eager to explore, challenge the status quo, and help us discover how AI can fundamentally improve the way we work.
Analyze current engineering processes and identify automation potential;
Research and evaluate AI tools, models, and technologies relevant to engineering workflows;
Identify high-impact use cases for AI (e.g., calculations, data processing, documentation);
Develop initial concepts, prototypes, or workflows using AI solutions;
Collaborate with engineering and management teams to validate ideas;
Provide recommendations on how to scale and implement AI solutions in practice.
Currently enrolled student (e.g., Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar);
Strong interest in AI and its practical application in industry;
Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach;
Ability to work independently and explore new topics with curiosity;
Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., Python) or AI tools is a plus, but not required;
Good communication skills in English (German is a plus).
Monthly fixed fee of € 500 based on 40 hours per week
