Key responsibilities in your new role

• Software Licensing & Access Management: Manage software licenses for two artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Coordinate access requests and permissions across users and groups
• Content Creation & Video Production: Create training and communication materials using an AI content creation tool. Develop short instructional and knowledge sharing videos
• SharePoint Administration: Support administration and maintenance of SharePoint sites and manage site content. Assist with creating and improving team collaboration spaces

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: 12 months

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
  
• Language Skills: English and German a plus
  
• Microsoft 365: Familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
  
• IT Foundations: Interest in Information Technology (IT) operations, process management, and digital workplace technologies; basic understanding of ticketing systems and Information Technology (IT) support processes is a plus
  
• Content Tools: Experience with video creation tools such as Synthesia is an advantage
  
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; proactive, self‑motivated, structured, reliable, willing to learn, and collaborative

Additional information

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf).
