About this Position

As an intern in our product team, you will work
closely with our Product Owner on the daily management of our IT application.
This role offers you an insight into agile software development, digital
transformation and product management within a global R&D environment. You
will support the team in driving the rollout of our next-generation digital
platform for packaging development. You will support the team by keeping our
agile processes running smoothly, utilizing modern tools including AI
assistants, and helping with timeline and meeting management. It’s a great
opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn how a digital product is
maintained and developed.

What you´ll do

  • Support
    the daily syncs and assist in the preparation, moderation, and technical
    transition (rollover) of our Sprint Plannings and Review sessions
  • Use
    AI-powered tools to prepare clean meeting minutes, summarize outcomes, and
    actively track team todos. You will ensure action items are followed up
    on, remind team members of upcoming due dates, and align on follow-up
    meetings if needed
  • Work together with the
    Product Owner to keep our product timeline and roadmap on our digital
    collaboration and planning boards updated and clear for everyone
  • Actively support the team with ad-hoc operational tasks in
    day-to-day business
  • Assist in product documentation and maintenance workflows if
    needed
  • Support basic quality assurance activities and app testing on
    demand

What makes you a good fit

  • Student, who is currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a
    related field
  • First touchpoints with or interest in agile frameworks
    (Scrum/Kanban) and standard tools like Azure DevOps, SharePoint, or
    digital collaboration boards
  • Good communication skills in both German and English
  • Openness to working with digital tools and AI assistants to optimize daily workflows
  • A structured, reliable working style and an eye for details especially when updating timelines or tracking to-dos
  • Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting September 2026, for a duration of 3-6 months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month.
The exact amount of the remuneration depends on
the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory)
and existing degrees.
