Are you a student eager to gain real-world experience in the automotive industry? Join our After Market Quality team in Raunheim and become part of a global organization driving customer quality for some of the most innovative automotive brands within the Geely group. In this role, you will work hands-on with data, vehicles and quality processes, while collaborating with colleagues across Europe and China.
This paid, on-site internship offers flexibility to combine your studies with practical experience. We prefer a full-time setup (40 hours/week), but part-time (20 hours/week) is possible depending on your academic schedule and visa conditions. The internship runs for a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility to extend up to 9–12 months. During your time with us, you will gain valuable insight into after-market quality, data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration in a truly international environment.
What You'll Do
Maintenance and improvement of database and analytic software like Power-Bi to enable automatic dashboard reporting for multiple services and customers (Volvo, Polestar, Geely, Lynk&Co).
Support JIRA issue management (JIRA ticket content quality, adherence to KPIs) for various after-market quality topics.
Support LTIC engineers with in-vehicle testing on all vehicle domains (Infotainment, propulsion, connectivity, chassis, body, electrical) , test-case improvement and test planning.
Support logistic topics in our Workshop, such as maintenance of field part storage, tracking and efficient handling.
Support vehicle parts forwarding to different global suppliers (shipping paperwork, finance invoice handling, parts tracking)
Conduct research activities on subject-specific topics
Who You Are:
Basic usage of Power-Bi and Power Query
Experience with coding in Python is an asset.
Familiar with ChatGPT and/or others AI
Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate is an asset
Knowledge of JIRA Atlassian systems is an asset.
Knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
Proactive working style and good analytical skills
Fluent in English (German or Chinese language is an asset).
Open approach to people, especially in an international environment
Positive attitude, resolute and highly skilled to drive for results
