This is a 12-month, paid internship for ambitious people right after high school who want more than a typical “gap year job”. You’ll start with an internship class of ~20 driven, friendly people — and share a year full of learning, wins, and memories.

Your role

You’ll work close to the core of Allakando and get a true 360° view of how a fast-growing education company runs. Over the year, you’ll become a specialist in one or two areas (for example sales, recruitment, service, or operations) — while collaborating across the business and understanding how it all connects.

Depending on where you focus, you will:

• Speak with families, understand their needs, and match them with the right solution

• Recruit and onboard top tutors — and build strong relationships with them

• Support families and tutors to ensure great experiences and strong results

• Improve daily operations: follow-ups, structure, quality, and processes

You’ll get onboarding, feedback, and coaching — but success here comes from taking ownership and making things happen 💪
