
Location: Bevaix (NE) - 6 months (March to August)
As an intern at Melexis, you will architect, design and simulate the all the blocks for an “Advanced Automotive PMIC in a non-SOI BCD technology”.
Conducting a literature review of the state-of-the-art.
Synthesizing new circuit ideas to address specific challenges.
Evaluating design trade-offs for various circuit implementations.
Presenting the simulation results and design recommendations to the engineering team.
A comprehensive literature review: a report summarizing the latest research and state-of-the-art techniques.
A synthesized design proposal: one or more circuit ideas based on the research and investigation done.
A final presentation and documentation: schematics, simulation, and analysis shall be documented.
Deepened understanding of the IC design flow: from the initial concept phase to tape-out.
