At Webfleet, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and results oriented Administration Specialist Intern in Amsterdam to support the regional Admin team in managing customer-related processes and learn about contract management, order processing, and customer service. This internship offers hands-on experience in administrative tasks, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to the full customer lifecycle.
What will your role be?🧐
You will be Reporting directly into the Administration Team Lead/Mentor in the following activities:
Contract Management
Support the processing of contracts after customer sign-up.
Learn how to ensure accuracy and timely handling of documentation.
After sales activities
Assist with data maintenance and simple contract changes.
Help respond to customer inquiries via email or phone under supervision.
Support complaint handling and invoice-related tasks.
Support the Rental Return process.
Support ad-hoc requests required to ensure continuity of business.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Shadow team members to understand coordination between Sales, Finance, and Customer Support.
Assist in transferring information to relevant departments.
Customer-Centric Approach
Learn best practices for accuracy and quality in administrative work.
Observe and apply solution-oriented thinking under guidance.
Learning & Development Opportunities
Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Contribute to small projects or testing activities under supervision.
Gain exposure to system improvements and documentation processes.

Who is this for?
You’re the right fit for this internship if you:
Good communication skills: English + 2nd language (French or Dutch).
Currently enrolled in a higher education program, such as a Bachelor's or Master's program.
Preferred: field of study to be adjacent to role expectations, such as Business Administration, Sales, Finance
Mandatory to be able to make a 6-month agreement with the university.
Strong interest in working in a B2B environment
Ideally, some experience in a customer-facing position.
Ideally, experience with process documentation (eg. flow charts + process description) + process improvement.
You are solution-oriented and accurate person with a positive attitude.
Enjoy working in a team in an international and dynamic environment.
Good computer and administration/organization skills.
Understanding technical issues is an asset.
