
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our admin and account team. The successful candidate will assist in daily administrative tasks as well as contribute to financial record-keeping. This is a full-time internship role that provides valuable hands-on experience in the lab testing services industry.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
- Previous internship experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
