Internship – Accounts Payable & Network Billing

Join the Finance Division within Group Accounting Services (GAS) and gain hands-on experience across both Accounts Payable/Network Billing activities. You will support daily accounting operations, financial controls, reconciliations, invoice processing, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with various Finance teams.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop your accounting, analytical, and business skills while gaining exposure to multiple Finance activities within an international financial institution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and book supplier invoices.
  • Support invoice validation and payment preparation.
  • Assist with supplier account reconciliations and aging follow-up.
  • Support billing, accrual and month-end closing activities.
  • Contribute to process documentation and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Operations.

Qualifications

  • Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional English communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
